Correct....to a point. Many Italian clothes are made in Italy by imported Chinese workers. At the start of the pandemic in Northern Italy there were c 20k Chinese workers living in and around Turin, the majority working in the clothing industry.What he said. Even the likes of Prada and Dior make clothes in Bangladesh, India, China etc. They get round being able to put a made in Italy label on it by finishing them there. All the high street stuff like Zara is near/Far East and if her coat was £200 it wasn’t Chanel
