Our local garden centre used to service a decent glass of wine which was lovely on a sunny afternoon.......... so on the basis that B&Q and Waitrose could sell flowers when the garden centres were shut, wouldn’t it be funny if my garden centre opened its outdoor bar :p

And De Niro's qualification is how valid ...................oh yeah he won an Oscar or two, so that gives him plenty of experience to draw on then , Ricky Gervais sums those types up nicely , seems to me its just one set of people in a bubble critisising another set of people in a bubble , and has nothing to do with reality , its a hard life being a pleb you know

De Niro was another of those celebs who stated they’d leave the US if Trump was elected.
He didn’t.

I hope you're not talking about the bronzed demigod Sir Richard , he likes living on that island because it's pretty , nothing to do with tax.

Remember when the Virgin brand was cool and edgy? Used to venture into Manchester which was miles, and miles away, 12 at least and visit their shop (not saying store for anyone) on Market Street, later became HMV I think.

Was made famous by The Freshies (Chris Seivey aka Frank aka Frank Sidebottom) with 'I'm In Love With A Girl From The Manchester Virgin Mega-store' - later changed for legal reasons to 'I'm In Love With A Girl From A Certain Manchester Mega-store'

Now Virgin is the symbol of corporate smug old school business

You need to calm down guys.. This situation is going to be around for quite some time like it or not.
You lot who have pushed your luck for a fast buck in the past are going to get stitched big time, there's no where to hide now!

Isnt the magic money tree free then?

No, not at all, but of course there will be a few who don’t suffer at all of course, as usual.

Example, at the start of this pandemic MP’s decided they ‘need’ an extra 10k expenses, on top of the 25k plus they already get, also that the proof required for use of said expenses somehow also needs to be relaxed.
I’m sure they will award themselves another pay rise next year too....
