Performance cars too we are seeing. Market seems surprisingly buoyant given what we have all been though.

After months of doing not much, no holidays etc, those that can are spending their cash doing fun stuff they can do. All this wailing and weaping about the world folding in on itself is driving (sic) a desire for enjoyment.

Enough with the ******* whiners, screamed the people, for life is for living and we must live fast, in noisy cars. Carpe diem, carpe cars, carpe the keys and let us **** off on a road trip!

Some theories;
lots of home working (more time/opportunity to browse AT/PH/eBay)
those working at home are better off (no train fares, parking, lunch, Caffe Nero/Costa, new suits, etc)
some instance of govt business cash injections diverted
some finally buying the classic/sports car they always promised themselves but never had the energy between the 0630 out, 1900 back lifestyle
some wondering if CV might get them in the coming months so 'why not'
whilst markets rally, there seems no logical reason for it and cash has no interest so put money into assets (classics, Ferraris, etc) that have done well and can also be enjoyed.

Yup, agree with Lots of this.
Certainly in my sit’n i’m realising some gains from investments and life’s too short.
I’m also in middle of negotiating what I think is a stonking deal for my perfect Velar.

C£45k here with roughly 40k on the clock
This has 22000Km’s, 3 year service plan remaining too.
Last one sold last week for $109550 aud with virtually identical mileage...but it was a diesel.
If he honours this it’s a lot less, plus a courier to get it here. Circa $1400.

Good to see the size increase over the evoque amounts to a more usable boot. Looks great especially with all the toys, keen to hear how you get on with it.

I told you earlier that I wasn’t a huge fan but this looks lovely! Perfect choice- congrats!
Thank you, I took a while looking for my chosen model/colour/spec.
I love the looks but it’s a leap of faith with the “Brand”. Hopefully it’s a very long and happy relationship!
