The minimum spend for a sporty V8 Ferrari is now around £60k, as that is what you'll need for a 360. Move to £75k (minimum), and then you can chose between a 355, a 430 or an early Cali. But to get to a 458 you need another £50k on top, as they start at £125k. (The Cali-T starts at around £115k.)
Out of that lot, a good case could be made for any of them, as they all offer fun, exclusivity, etc. I'd be happy with any of them and at the above prices believe they all offer good value and good times.
In the short term, with the Portofino coming on tap, I'd see the Cali T as the one most likely to suffer further depreciation.
