22b is a true classic...Or will be.......No most on here woudn't have one but this car deserves respect as it came along and trouced the competition.....Yes it morphed into some very ugly machines but if you have driven one you would give it respect.......They are devastating machines...

oh god the WR1, one of my faves as well, really love them, some say the colour is girly, but i would love to see their faces when you thrash them at the lights :D:D sorry to hear it was stolen, you ever seen it for sale? and how did they nick it with/without the keys?

The police say it was stripped for parts, someone was convicted of the theft as the bright spark used the sim card from the tracker to make some phone calls. Quite easily it would seem and they disabled the tracker etc.,.. and it was in the competitors car park, 100 yards from the security man in his hut who claimed he heard and saw nothing........

Audi Quattro never will forget seeing them going through the forests in the days of the proper RAC Rally especially the SWB ones and then there was the lovelly Michelle Mouton.

In other words, the security guard was not doing his job properly, was there not any CCTV that caught it all?

now she could drive, one of my fave rally cars, oh rallying is just not the same any more, i loved it in the 90's, Colin McRae (who i worship), Richard Burns, Carlos Sainz, Marcus Gronholm, Tommi Makkinen and Juha Kankunnen. Now it is just Sebastien Loeb and Mikko Hirrvonen.

quite surprised know one has mentioned the Audi Quattro, surely some of you on here like them?

Another truly great car, especially the Sport Quattro - Mark looks after one next door and I find myself making excuses to talk team business with him whenever it is in!

Not at the circuit, no. It was caught on the ANPR cameras on the motorway but the police had to abort the chase due to the speeds involved.

Crazy rule that, if you drive fast we will let you go. Shoot the tyres out I say...

Andrew, this country has changed so much and it has not been for good either, we dont have a car industry, we dont have a manufacturing industry as the pottery industry was closed down.
