I'm Hertfordshire so keep going a bit further west. I'm not coming out with you lot on a bike though. Going to stick to my garage for a bit.

I'll let you know when I'm up and running or riding should I say. This is diverting my energies from finishing the garage and I have a replacement TVR arriving next week!Nothing stopping a Zwift group ride now your in lol

Another Chimaera 400 to replace the one that broke. Existing was early MK1 1994 car with no PAS. Replacement is layer MK2 400 with PAS. Nothing silly further up the silly price ladder. What you got coming?
Looks like a Voodoo Marasa Hybrid 20" 700c from Halfords looks favourite at the moment. It is £320 with my 10% AA discount dropping it to a bit under 300. Seems decent enough for what I need and if I do use outside it should be good enough for a little beginner.

My missus at parties, "Do you know how much he paid for that bike? and it never came with pedals", "What use is that" - Just doesn't understand.
I would be up for an SM charity jaunt...
And does she know what it really cost .
Event sounds like a good idea for a ride/car meet at a sportive, we did a good one in oxford which suits all levels. Something to consider for next years calendar.
Who knows, by then I may even have a Mas so I can actually join the ride
