As you asked, the 14 was available in 3 trim levels:
TL
GTL
TS

the continent also had an LS that was TS with GTL interior.

Engines, 1.2 and 1.4 in the TS/LS and also in some of the later GTL’s

There was also a run out special edition called The Regency TS that had a sunroof and alloy wheels and came in burgundy with tan interior (UK only)

Anorak off

Another subject that you have anorak status in ;)

That's nothing, you should have seen some of the race cars I drove in the 70's!

Think I’d rather take my chances with a piece of chromoly and a fuel tank than that Citroen, plus it’d be far less embarrassing than being in a 2CV.

Actually 2CV's drive very well, you Just need to keep the speed up, you just never brake

I remember doing a 24 hour around Snetterton in one of those things, it was great fun

Every hour you came in to change the cassette!

When shall I bring the ‘fourteen’ over Phil, I’ll buy you a slab of stinky cheese or some Somerset Brie, your choice.

Dear lord you wouldn’t want to have a side impact in a 2CV!!
any impact in practically any French car! I used to drive 205GTis on the rev limiter everywhere in the 80s and look back and consider how lucky I was not to hit anything! 875kg for a reason - thin tin!

The Ms has a Pug 108 when she bought it it was the best rated car in its class by NCAP. It’s a brilliant little car.
