Trouble is those Fiats were designed by Chris Bangle of the infamous BMW hairdresser car period before he got the sack!

Love a 116-series Giulietta - any pics with the V6 installed ?

Sadly, I can't find any of them :( My website had lots, but I let it lapse, and lost all the photos.

I'm trying to get in touch with the old Alfisti to see if anyone has copies.

Not so sure about the hairdresser bit...He has been very influential in car design over the last 10 years.....His work at BMW has been copied over and over again and you can still see his design in many of todays motor cars......His designs haven't seemed to age.....The BMW 5 series still looks fresh against the new one and the Z4 still hasn't dated..........Looking at the Fiat Coupe you can see where he would be going with his design.....I like his work.

Still prefer his BMW 5 series to the latest one personally. It's looks bigger and more 'butch'!

I remember that Alfa Day!
Here's a pic of my old banger at the top of the Stelvio on the way to Milano for the Alfa Romeo Centenary in 2010 :)View attachment 14326

Blimey. Well jealous Alfatwo :)

Plans are afoot to get the old ones back on the road. Looks like the garage mods are a goer, so now I just need wodges of cash :D

What a road ...what a picture.......Fun with a capital 'F'

Was about 45 mins' drive away from the Stelvio pass last Saturday, but alas didn't have the time to check it out.

Would love to have another GTV again, in fact nearly bought one again last year as a runaround.

Matt, what are you driving these days? I've been in a bit off the forum pace these days due to other commitments. I seem to remember you moving the GT-S on?
