"Music, drunk people, people speaking, the noise of the footsteps and to top it off, we now have people taking a dump in a porta loo. I have called 999, they are en route."

"When is this music going to stop my dog can't sleep"

"I moved here last weekend nobody told me about a race track"

Most of the negative comments come from the newbies who have moved into the expensive new builds between the village and the circuit but the "real" locals are quick to fight back as one said "The British GP start in 1950 so if you moved in after that - Shut the F*ck Up, you have done your research.

The worst is 'new' people moving into flats on a recently gentrified high street and they complain about the music venue that's been there since Johnny wasn't Rotten and want it closed down. A perfectly viable business, providing employment to local people and funds into the local community....w-anchors!

It's everywhere. Last September I got a call from someone complaining about the noise from a high school (American) football game on Friday night. Asked when they moved in to their home and they said, "over the summer"...and I said, well, the school's been there since 1947, so...maybe you ought to take it up with your realtor?

They should do want the residents of Le Mans do….rent their house out fir £2k a week and **** off on holiday

What a qualifying…For a minute there I thought he who is trying to grow a moustache but can’t wasn’t going to be pole. Brilliant for McLaren…Over the moon for Lando.

Great performance from both the McLaren boys but short of some one taking him out there is only likely to be one winner

Yep, can’t see any change in that one. Interesting how more exciting qualifying one and two was with no DRS.

Brilliant race and well done to McLaren and Lewis. First was never in the cards but that was the best they could have hoped for.

Had Lando in for a couple of weeks, Aston and Alonso are the ones that might have peaked but might wait one more race before making that tough decision.

The most boring championship ever. I just can’t watch. At least when Schumacher or Hamilton were winning you still had them involved in racing moments, in most races, if not all. But this can’t even be interesting for Verstappen himself, never mind anyone watching. Snooze fest.

Memory can deceive - if you look at 2001/2, Schumacher was totally dominating, Barrichello wasn’t a match, much like Max and Perez. Schumi had some win margins that were quite a bit larger than Max‘s. Bottas never really raced Hamilton as an equal, he did win a few and took poles but in the racing it was mostly no contest unless Hamilton had an off day. I guess the problem is that Max doesn’t really seem to have off days and the reliability is there as well for the car. In Schumi’s days you only got 10 points for a win and points only up to 6th place so a 4th place didn’t really help much where today its still good points. Whether it’s a snooze fest or not also depends a bit on who you support I guess…
