Another tough week work wise meant only a couple of hit sessions and not the best diet in the world. Long hours and a lack of free time means less opportunity to prepare healthy options and as a result more chance of eating rubbish. Sweets have crept back in but I managed to stave off the desire to get a takeaway in by making pizza from scratch at home (there is some veg on there honest!)

Not healthy per se but a heck of a lot better than having something delivered. All of which has resulted in another lb off pretty much, so at least I’m moving in the right direction.
View attachment 80808Can’t be too annoyed about dipping (just) below 13stone for the first time in a long time on the weekend before my 40th. Next weekend will probably bring some bad food and (fizzy) drink so my plan is to give myself a couple of days of enjoyment before doubling down through Feb. With the days starting to get longer and having just had our back garden redone I’m looking forward to getting out and doing some outdoor exercise/ running (words I thought I’d never type!)
