No weight loss this week (well maybe 1/2 lb if I'm being generous but dropped another 30 seconds off my 5k time and have exercised hard this week.

Today is the end of the first week of my lockdown mini bootcamp (I.e. no booze and a bit more exercise)
1st April - Weight 93.4kg; Lean mass 66.9kg; fat 26.5kg
8th April - Weight 92.3kg; Lean mass 67.1kg; fat 25.2kg

At current rate of progress it’ll be 29.30 next run. Huge improvements - impressive!Getting quicker ...... will crack 30 minutes next time
