No gym so first 5k on the road for about 10 years . ...and about 10 mins off my 'rugby playing days' PB but all done without stopping or feeling like I'm going to throw up.

About my time these days, although I confess that I don't feel I'm going to chuck. Well done!

Finding myself eating a lot more bread of late , partly because ive been working harder and doing a lot more jobs around the house and on the cars , so im going to run up the stairs an extra 2 times today LOL , Normally when im away nature of my work means involves walking 25-30km exploration and very difficult terrain

Finding keeping calories down a lot harder whilst WFH, food is too accessible whereas in the office I have to go out to get it, also not doing as much walking primarily as I am actually working more hours. I think this will be another week of no improvement but happy as long as it doesn't increase

Odd, with Mrs C around for some reason I'm finding it much easier. Odd that

Good to see everyone beavering away. Sorry to say I've been away from this one for a while as constant heavy workloads have meant little time for excercise. Then when there is a modocome of time I'm too shattered to do anything!

I did dust the bike trainer off in the garage and managed 21km while watching Fracture with Anthony Hopkins I found I had never seen before.

Do feel a bit better for it today

Another couple off, so that’s 12 lbs in total so far. Gym closure will cause issues though.
My gym have posted YouTube videos of classes with easy to follow stuff (Pilates and Yoga related mainly) and I have joined a Facebook Group which is doing 66 Press Up, 66 Squats and 66 Crunches every day for the period of isolation. Amazing how other people can motivate you better than yourself sometimes. My aim is to come out of lockdown neutral rather than stress about taking more weight off.

Good on you. I'm struggling to make my on line classes work to my satisfaction (although the students like it) and we're doing a lot more walking, which is great.

The outlaws commandeered the big dog a little over a week ago when they went into isolation so they have an excuse to go for walks each day and company. We are left with little dog as Alex has decided to isolate with his girlfriend (can't imagine why). I just took the hound for a long walk over the park myself to try and get my movement level over the required; this will give me a 'perfect week' later in the day :)

Today was my first real bike ride of the year, i.e. on the road, as opposed to on a watt bike in the gym. Refreshing.
