2020 weight loss and fitness accountability club

Work was mental last week and so didn't exercise much and didn't eat particularly well either ...... but haven;t put any weight back on so that's a good thing.

Working from home a fair bit this week so much easier to find time for gym (and no temptation of office donuts and picking up unhealthy options for lunch)

Don't suppose it'll be so good next week with pub lunch with my father today, then a weekend in Cromer with Mrs C's parents this weekend but I shall try to be good.

Another pound dropped :)

Working at home a bit more recently which makes it much easier to find time for the gym .... unfortunately it also makes it much more tempting to open a bottle of wine!

Not making as much progress as I initially planned / hoped but hey ho - weight is dropping, I'm changing shape and I'm fitter.

Another 1.5 pounds for me last week, so still moving in the right direction. A bit naughty over the weekend and we have BH here tomorrow so expecting no positive change this week

Lost 3lbs this week after a couple of weeks of staying constant so super happy.

The closure of my gym is going to present a challenge for me (selfish I know!) as I really like variety. Last 7days I have swum 3 days, weights for 2 and cardio for 2.

Im really going to miss the swimming but have some weights at home and can get out on the push bike as well now weather is (hopefully) improving.

Hope everyone on here manages to keep up the good work.

Funnily enough I’ve done little cycling due to the weather but I’m down to 11st5..
