This is a fairly good pic.....the density might be 15% but the visual has a more obvious greater impact.

Breakfast cereal:-
One Shredded Wheat, three dessert spoons of low sugar muesli (M&S Alpen type stuff) and whatever berries I have and or banana with semi skimmed milk in a normal size breakfast bowl
One slice granary/brown/wholemeal type toast small amount of Butter and one pint of hot water
Round about 500 kCalories intake
Mid morning snack fruit and or nuts

Be careful with the fruit and nuts. They may be healthy but they’re not low in calories. A medium sized apple contains about the same amount of calories as a packet of Walker’s crisps and the fruit salads you buy in tubs are terrible as they often have added sugar syrup.

I shouldn't think so unless you are aiming for playing top level rugby or boxing! Judging by those pics most would shrink pretty if reducing bulk by way of less fat.

Well sort of my point. People talk about fat being denser than muscle as though it's some kind of marvellous piece of news but since you're unlikely to replace like for like, you're still going to lose weight. Granted you might well lose *less* weight than you expect as your fat percentage drops but....

'A dish that would not exist, according to the Petronian culinary tradition, even if it appears, for the benefit of tourists, in the menus of many trattorias in the Emilian capital. The meat sauce goes well with tagliatelle and lasagna, but not with spaghetti. At most it is tolerated that such a dish is proposed in the home cooking, perhaps prepared for children. So how do you explain your luck to foreigners, the one that pushes over 41 million English-language sites to provide the most improbable recipes? A mystery that has also a passion for the BBC, which some time ago sent an envoy under the Two Towers to interrogate the Bolognese. Which, of course, reiterated the concept: that dish does not exist.'

A dish that does not exist sounds like the perfect diet food!
Buon apetito!

It's like giving up smoking but worse because you have been doing it ALL WRONG for ALL your life - and there's always some B@STARD that wants to give you one!
I think that's the gist of what she said... ;)
