Unfortunately only hours after picking it up I had to travel away for work for the rest of the week so I am having to stick to SM.com for my fix until the weekend!

Indeed, did seem like the best option available. Has been looked after by Autoshield for the past few years so I know that it has been taken care of. The (ex) owner is now on his 4th Maserati - always good to find a car that has been owned by an enthusiast!

Just seen this old post. I had a CSC back box on mine when I had one a few years ago. I can't remember who I bought it through but it came shipped from Italy. Your post has reminded me that I posted a video on Youtube at the time, so you can judge the sound for yourself...

So I'm after a GS, and am currently mulling over the respective merits of tech cloth vs. leather interiors. The reason being is that I really only want to spend 25k max and that money seems to only stretch to a tech cloth equipped car based on what is available at present. I was wondering...

Hmm, definitely seemed to be ok with the height on the passenger side, so assuming the drivers side goes down as low, should be ok. Perhaps there was some fault with the mechanism on the particular car. I am slim so hopefully that will help.

Folks, Had a look at my first GS yesterday on my quest to find one. Daft question, but does the driver's seat height adjustment go as low as the passenger seat? The height of the passenger seat was fine for me, but the driver's seat was too high (I am 6'6"), and my albeit limited fiddling...

Hi Ben, It's not just other people I was worried about, my own driving also!! Especially at Cadwell park where the steering went very light and the back end very mobile gunning it over the 'mountain'! Squeaky bum time....:scared3: Good luck with the trackday! Cheers Duncan
