I would swap over any 2 of the wires going to the contactor relay as circled. Isolate power first of course.
Whether at the contactor or at the motor terminals, you have the three phase wires at the contactor relay, as said, just swop two over job done.

I will let you all know which way it's done tomorrow.
Thanks for all the advice and I keep my warranty in tact too.

This, or I would look at doing it either at the motor or at the mains supply to the main circuit breaker. The rest of the panel won’t care about the phase rotation and the motor will go the other way.
Which was why I said at the switch. Should have said I meant at motor. Not panel!! Duh.

if he's an electrical he would know and have checked phase rotation just change any two a round on the incoming to the switch

They did show me it was wired up but said it didn't go up because I haven't got the cables tensioned right.
I have since removed the 4 arms and cables and everything was right.
The lift manufacturers confirmed it was the wiring.
The owner of the company is coming in the morning so we will see what he says.
Local to our village so I don't want to fall out that's for sure living in a old property.

I bought an AliExpress rotation meter, afterwards. 30 bucks. The company that was doing the work was the highest bidder... And i thought responsible. According to them the phases were inverted when they entered the premises.. Like that was an excuse..

Then they should have disconnected the motor drive and turned the motor over to prove it was working.

Two phases just need swapping Phil, but let your sparky do it.

It's fun getting motors to go the wrong way round... especially radars..the screens rotate the right way, clockwise, but the picture is reversed. Confuses controllers but that's not hard...
