Looks like Renault know a few of “us” do like a little French car. Not me, obs! Sorry if someone has already mentioned this.

You're going to like this mate 4 wheel drive selectorWhat’s the second gear linkage for?
Not sure at the moment and the timing wrong for me at the moment but watch this space.Didn’t realise they did one, had to have a google. R4 Sinpar. Apparently the ones they used on the Dakar were Sinpars. I’d always assumed they were 2wd. How much is it?
I had a drive in one last year, the handling's superb, very quick, easy to drive fast, even looks good too, not bad for a Frenchie! This arrived today

After about an hour driving it this afternoon, I can understand all the superlatives that have been used by journalists to describe it. Feels very quick (quicker than it is maybe), but rides like an exec saloon and makes a joyful noise with the sports exhaust. And the fit and finish is excellent. Can’t wait to drive it again. A future classic IMHO if the numbers remain relatively low.
You are doing your foursomes all wrong there should be plenty of squeaks, rattles and bangs. And you need to worry about breaking an aging indicator stalk for sure...Good points made chaps.
Two years of abusing my 31 year old Foursome no squeaks or rattles and nothing has fallen off.
The only thing I think is going to break each time I use it is the indicator stalk and it hasn't.
Probably was like it when new.
I think his butt is eating the seat at that very moment.By the look on his face it looks like he wants to end it all

I think for originality you keep the original size but if you want the Boy Racer look from your youth some 185/60/13.Phil, so tyres?
My Renault 14 has 145 SR 13’s (145/80/13) on from the 1990’s.
Obviously I am going to change them and have the rims powder coated.
Is it worth fitting bigger tyres or not?
