Great news Phil and glad you are both in.

Hope you had an evening with your feet up and a nice glass of something chilled.

Well down Phil, it is good to get into your new place so you can really understand what needs to be done and in what priority ;)

Toasted you into your new place Phil last night mate , at last the that light at the end of the tunnel is brightest , don't go to mad and over do it , other wise that will you made the other day will see the light of day ,and none of us want to see that happen , enjoy it rather than a slog

It has been a rollercoaster few years Phil, but without it you wouldn’t have found Almira. Hope you can now settle quickly and crack on with getting the workshop up and running, I’m guessing a concrete floor will be high on the list; will this include post lifts? If so you can fill the foundation pads at the same time for them.

well done, i'd be gagging to get the workshop sorted, what's the first job on workshop?
The floor is just earth.
Waiting for a guy to give me a price to level it and lay the 225 meter square slab.
I need to put windows in and a two post lift then move my tools in from the house.

I think I may of said this before Phil............what about an inspection pit? Or are these things not the way to go now-a-days??!!

I prefer these days working on a two post rather than getting in and out of a pit.
Ideally I would like a 4 post lift too.
Will see how the finances go.

Laval could be the new base for the SM Le Mans trip, not only a good location but servicing whilst you're there
If it wasn't for the quarantine restrictions, maybe we could have descended on Phil's place and done it up for him...just like in Auf Wiedersehen Pet when they built Barry's house.

Imagine the laughs we could have with a jack hammer....followed by handprints in the concrete.. (and other 'evidence' such as the lost fingers and toes)
