Buying a house in France.

Waiting for a guy to give me a price to level it and lay the 225 meter square slab.
I need to put windows in and a two post lift then move my tools in from the house.

laying a slab should be straight forward, out of interest what's the daily labour rate out there for trades

If it wasn't for the quarantine restrictions, maybe we could have descended on Phil's place and done it up for him...just like in Auf Wiedersehen Pet when they built Barry's house.

3 meters by 3 mate got it from Bricomarché and dead easy to put up.
We have 4 concrete slabs that fit the base 20 KG a piece but you could bolt it down.
