Has anyone heard from Phil....not been on for two days and that's not like Phil....Hope they are both OK as I know his good lady was poorly.

Very nice from you Andy. Your friends should be very lucky and proud to have you.
Morning all, office for me, rainy and windy here. We had "only' 20 new infections yesterday, which shows there is hope for sooner getting back to normal.
Have a good one and stay home to make this f@cking virus die.

Morning.

So when it’s all over and we can go out again, what’s the first thing we are all doing?

For me it’s a weekend of car shows, booze and mucking about with the lads?

Thoughts with Boris this morning.

Yeah, this. I was chatting to my neighbour yesterday, a Macmillan nurse with a bit of a commute to get to her area. She said the roads are empty... apart from the occasional plod sitting on a motorway bridge with sod-all to do. What a waste of an empty road!

Nevertheless, I shall be out for a thrash. Assuming I can remember how to drive.

I just want to feel free , instead of this constant feeling of paranoia evey time i drive up the shop , feeling increasingly more like Peter Sellers everyday as if Kato plod is going to spring out on me

Morning all, busy day including dialling into a call with the London Resilience Forum. Still lots of planning going on.
However I started the day with 20mins on the new Bowflex M3 cross Trainer, very impressed with the quality, not quite what you see at the gym, but not far off and at £350 2nd hand a real bargain.

I do intend to use the extra time I have at home instead of commuting, to get some level of fitness and lose a little weight....... we shall see.

Oh dear. It sounds like some of the more tedious corners of here or the entirety of Pistonheeds. Well done on the rower, good job. Mine was going up for sale. It isn't now (although Mrs Crud would rather get a cross-trainer).

Morning, all. Another long die of calls lies ahead. Still, I'm enormously grateful to be busy.
What is a cross-trainer? An angry PE teacher?

Now this is becoming habitual , I think the sudden shock of working too hard during the day ( the must keep active syndrome ) is taking its toll so i am having late aftenoon naps throwing my whole system into disarray , .............anyone else experiencing this , so today: Im mostly going to do buggger all , keep safe and keep in, and Ryan Harry and Boris you are still in out thoughts

Well without the naps Loz, I am much the same here. Been awake for an hour now, gave up lying there and got up. Too much going around in the head at the moment.

It goes like this:
Wake up at 4ish
Working hard all day from 9
Leave at 7
Get home 7.30
Dinner, 2 large glasses of red
Pass out watching TV around 9
In bed by 10....rinse and repeat...
