Morning all, busy day including dialling into a call with the London Resilience Forum. Still lots of planning going on.
However I started the day with 20mins on the new Bowflex M3 cross Trainer, very impressed with the quality, not quite what you see at the gym, but not far off and at £350 2nd hand a real bargain.

I do intend to use the extra time I have at home instead of commuting, to get some level of fitness and lose a little weight....... we shall see.
Morning,
Lovely but of kit that Bowflex!

Morning all, I have finally given in and moved from office 2010 to 365 small business and spent the whole day yesterday trying to recover emails and diaries, contacts and much more! Really pi$$ed off that my diary which for 15 years has been based on categories has lost all of them!

I guess today will be wasted completing the task.

Have fun all...

Morning all, big change today I am not WFH, actually have a day annual leave :)

Schedule power cut at 9:30 for essential maintenance in the area so no internet, what will the children do

Go old school...play in the garden and ride the bikes around. I am sort of glad I did not have video games and VCR's when I was under 10, they were about but an Atari was about it.

Exactly but a bit more difficult when you have a special needs child where routine is everything, today will be interesting to say the least. At least our boy has no medical equipment needs or that would have been a challenge on a different scale. Always have the generator if things go really paired shaped

Lovely start to the day as I have had to come to my office which is 40 miles each way - had a choice of the oil burning Jag XJ or the GTS and of course I chose to wake the neighbours.
Clear roads all the way - fantastic to stretch her legs and I have the return journey to look forward to.

Hello everyone!
More looking after the neighbourhood and chilling. Clearly the events leading up to leaving my job last week have really taken it out of me and I need to have some do-nothing-me-time.
HapPea Wednesday!

Don't feel guilty about doing nothing constructive or just lolling around the house in your dressing gown.

Remember it was good enough for The Dude!
