People forget, that the majority of cholestrol in your body is actually made by your own body.............................granted if your indulging in high cholestrol foods all the time.......usually not good!!!!

Eating all this health food cr4p doesn't make you live longer, it just seems like it does. I don't smoke, drink to excess (very often) and eat reasonably sanely but I know something will kill me eventually. What the h3ll, just do what you want to do, life's too short.

I have orange juice, crunchy nut CF's, black strong coffee, a cigar and any pills I have to take every day. Weekends I might be lucky enough to get a full english, my cholesterol is between 4 & 5 usually and I have a good walk with the dog twice a day. I love a beer, or three, bottles of red wine and bacon sandwiches are wonderful. I think I'm pretty good for my years, I like what I like and I'm still enjoying life, when I'm dead, I'm dead, that's it.

Dont you think we can pro long our lives if we watch what we eat?
I love bacon and eggs but i try to have them once a week, i try to exercise but apart from playing football every tue i dont squeeze anything else in so it makes me paranoid!!

Only been thinking like this since having a baby, otherwise i used to eat what i wanted and then exercised 10 hrs a week

After you have had a baby, you should do plenty of excercise to tone up the muscles again, your mid wife should have told you that??? Seriously, excercise, even brisk walking is important. It get's the body tuned to burning off calories, which if you don't do anything just sit there and form fat. Get a dog mate and walk it, you will feel better and a full english will be no problem. It has to be a dog that can move faster than you and that you have to hang on to, not a miniature.

5.30 a double espresso, as the one year old deems it is time to get up. He then destroys a combination of bottled milk and shreddies (normally artfully sprayed around). 5.45 a Marlboro Red and 2 pieces of Toast and Marmite - for me, not the child! 6.30 double espresso number 2. Being a man of habit this is pretty much the cycle for 7 days.

....and there are all those healthy Scotsmen that bear testament to the effectiveness of porridge as the cornerstone of healthy eating. It's no f*cking wonder they turn to drink and drugs; I would too if I had to eat that sh!t every morning!
