You might need to buy a bigger garage! How many cars you have in stock at mo?

Just changed my motor trade insurance from Tradewise to Tradex. Who do you use?

Not got trade insurance mate, most are on classics. 7 cars now, must sell one or two soon!

A red EVO TME is about as sure as an investment as you can get, low 20's for a good one and a brilliant drive too.

Phase 3 GTV with the 3.2 are on the March. They cost £25k new, bottomed at about £5k and have now gone past £10k. Ok, you missed the boat on that one but any V6 Busso engined limited run Alfas are a sure bet. If it were me it would be the 3.2 GT as they are undervalued right now. Buy a low mileage example and store it for 5 years..as Robin says, spread the risk and buy 3 cars.

Honda S2000?
VW Corrado VR6?
VW Scirocco Storm?
Renault Clio V6 Sport?

All 3.2 Alfas were rare and hence the prices are starting to firm up, as mentioned in a previous thread we had a cash offer for the GT the other day for more than we paid and we know we paid above market rate because we knew how well the previous owner had looked after it.

Agree with the list above other than the S2000, they made too many of them for too long and although they are great cars this will always hold them back. The NSX on the other hand will continue to increase in value.

I feel if when the masses start turning to alternative fuels as Tesla are proving can be done, only the cars that are special will survive and everything else mundane will be scrapped.

So if it's high power and V engined is will be ripe in the following decade or so when the masses tire of the electric vehicles and look back for something to stir the soul again.

This is when prices will shoot I feel and something like a Ferrari derived Maserati will be worth a bomb.

Parts won't be an issue as we will all have 3D printers by then.

I agree, the rare V6 Alfas are moving. Our 3.0 Spider was valued at £6500,( thats what the insurance paid out,) it would have been around 1/2 that a couple of years ago.

Such great cars

I am thinking of buying a GT 3.2 since reading this thread.

Regret not getting one then, I'm now looking for one and I need 4K for an average one

Must evaluate my plans and make a decision

You're a bad man!

I had a 3.0L Capri like on the Clarkson video when I was younger, truly awful to drive but what a beast it could be and then the gear stick came off in my hand and I hit a wall!
