Your thoughts on behaviour

As above I always try to contact people after 9:00 unless previously agreed. Another perspective the guy who looks after my Alfas in the UK gets calls all hours day and night he just doesn't answer if outside his work hours but he will ring back if you leave a message or it's a number he knows, if its not he won't as he works on the basis if its urgent you will either leave a message or will call back.

8:25 is not silly early and it certainly isn't an excuse for being rude especially if you are have dealt with him before and are just following up on a previous query, learn and move on no point worrying about it

Who was he, as I know them all..
PM me with the info and I'll give him a call on your behalf, there no excuse for rude behavior!

Dave
Hi Dave, thanks for the concern, I just want to forget this now but it did spoil my day at the time.
I won't deal with him again so little point in getting you involved. When I bump into you at a car met I will tell you. On that subject are you going to Alfa Day this weekend, My good lady and I intend to have a couple of hours there.
I hear it's sold out, and because of covid it's ticket only.

I’m not on tapatalk, just using safari on an iphone.
More thread drift to lighten GTVGeOFF’s mood…I’ve been hammering the “like” button and STILL cannot easily get the laughing/astonished/ooh lover lover :shy1:(thank you Shaggy) etc. I always end up accidentally highlighting the whole damned lot in blue and the have the iphone “cut/paste/highlight” tabs appearing directly over the emoji expressions. I know some helpful souls have told me what to do, but my dainty fingers (!) still don’t find it easy. Harumph! I can’t be the only numpty on here, can I?

I think this could be a thread one it's own, I have farmers hands, it takes me longer to try and correct my mistakes than it does to make them .
You won't believe the new swear words my phone has learnt.
Now where is the grumpy phone emoji

Yeah, that's going to be difficult as a browser on a small device.

Mine does that too. It’s typical Apple sh!te. Everyone’s taken in by the myth.

Umm, so $browser on an Android device is significantly better at that kind of thing? I'm interested. The web interface is really not designed for small / touch screens

Nope not any better. That was as my point. Everyone always bangs on about how much better Apple is than everything else when in reality it has the same amount of problems.

On this specific point though the “select, cut, copy” function on safari changed about a year ago and is awful now. Used to be fine and is fine on my Android running Chrome.

I think you may have misread my question, but no matter. I avoid Safari like the plague. In actuality as a long term Mac user moving into an MS environment I am genuinely shocked at how primitive it is. I mean really, we're still having to remove machines from the domain and re-add them to fix basic functionality?

Anyway, I digress. Small screen + any (desktop) web interface is going to be a challenge. I avoid it :)
