Wont start and F1 pump??

So I had a flat battery which was evident.... classic tic tic noise and dim lights... re charged.

Put battery back in and go to start... i get beeping, gearbox light and still wont start

I Cant here the f1 pump prime and the engine doesnt turn

I took the battery to be load tested and they said its very healthy.

Would the f1 pump being knackerd stop starting?

Afraid so. If the gearbox was in gear when you stopped it will not be able to select neutral and so won't start. First place to start is with the relay, if not it probably the pump.

It could be its stuck in gear or thinks that it is so thus it refused to start. Give it a rock with the handbrake off...worth a go.

Can you get first, reverse and neutral with the ignition on, if not whats showing on the gear indicator?

If it say N can you move the car with the handbrake off to prove its not actually in gear, if not its either a CC pump or Acutator pots error maybe.

Fully charged battery, connect it, turn on ignition, turn it off again and disconnect the battery for a couple of hours and try again.

Also, try the CC relay first. You can jump the connectors to force the CC pump to prime a good place to start.
