The Alfa has a nice name, Giulia, a series 1 mini, is it a cooper? i want a mini S1 for my first car although a nice one is not cheap, i would like a cooper but a nice one is 5K or more.

No not a cooper...just a mini...strange thing is we share the same birthday, 1-11-1962.

They are great first cars from one aspect, cheap to run/repair/insure etc...BUT, not all that good from a safety aspect...no airbags, etc...etc...

Agree that really good examples can fetch a fortune.

Very nice, but I'm guessing that will be quite pricey to insure...for someone just starting to drive and with no NCB...
Would you like to hazzard a guess...I'd say about £4000

yeah or maybe more, what is the insurance group as it only has a 1.3.

how much will they be worth as it does not say the price, i am guessing expensive as they are in mint condition and are quite old.

My guess...£25 to £30...

I may go and have a little nose around tomorrow as they are only a couple of miles from me...and as I am officially on holiday now, well, I can do as I please....yippppeeeeeeeeeeeeee

well a mini is not the safest thing on the road but it has to be the place to start for your first car, my dad 4 mini's and also owned a Ford Escort Harrier and he said it was one of the best cars he has owned.
