Why can't I access SM on my Irish phone?

Sat in a hotel in Dublin at the mo, on my English phone paying through the nose for roaming data as my Irish phone only brings up "Apache 2 test page" telling me that the site is down.

Both are iPhones, both are on o2.ie as I sit here.
SM works on the Irish phone in the UK when roaming.

So, why's that happening then?

It's ok I'm back in my office now, so I have access to SM and S&M if required.

On that note, I can get all kinds of filth on either phone so it's not that kind of filter...

Dan, sorry, that's news to me, dont know why that is happening.

The Apache thing is the server that the site is hosted on. The site backs up about 2am so I have heard of issues whilst this is happening, but not outside this period. Its probably and Irish network thing me recons.

Keep me posted if it keeps happening and I will get Trev on it.

PS. Trev is our unsung hero, he is the guy in my office who gets to fix all the issues with SM.co.uk, big up to him!

I saw the apache thingy last Thursday,
tried logging in a couple of times around 2pm - 2:15 ish (norwegian time) from Oslo airport

ive never had a problem apart from every now and again it logs me out and i have to manually log in...

Still not working on the phone.
I get:

403 Forbidden

You don't have permission to access /forum.php on this server


And then when I remove the /forum.php from the address bar I get the Apache 2 Test Page

Sitting in the same hotel in Dublin and the phone is working on 3G.
