What year will it be where alternative fuel vehicles are the majority? When will fuel, will fuel ever become so expensive it crashes the price of all internal combustion engine cars, (except the collectors)?
I do not think we will see any real change until 2040. The influx of electric company cars and lease vehicles from 2030 onwards will filter into the realms of "affordability" for the population in that decade which will provoke the change.
