It's a bit like that, but not exactly by any means. You don't need to remove the hub from the wishbones at all.

It's all I could find while I was at work, but it gave me a good idea of what to do.

And thanks for your efforts on destroying your old bearing hub. I think I'll have a word with Greg or Stu, swap it out and be done. I'll take photographs of the process and list the swear words used!

A pint for Zep at the Christmas party will be on its way.

I've had a thought, SKF can't just make that bearing hub solely for Maserati, after all the 4200 shares brake discs with the Ferrari 550, so a little investigation work of contemporary models reveals a few 'lookalikes'. The 550 doesn't have the ABS cable, but the 360/430 does but Ferrari part number 194134 looks interesting...and but is equivalent in price sadly. Lancia Thema and the Alfa 166 have different parts...the hunt goes on...

You will struggle mate. For reference the only cars that share the PCD are:

Ferrari 360 Modena
Ferrari 360 Spider
Ferrari 550 Maranello
Ferrari F355
Ferrari F430 Coupe
Ferrari F430 Spider
Ferrari F512
Ford Escape
Volvo XC90

For anything else, even if it fits the wheel won't

I have an XC90 V8 but it is all working nicely so nothing that necessarily helps there immediately. However I built up a little relationship recently with the service guys at Fawcett's Newbury as had it serviced/mot'd there and got all the 1 owner history on the car. I can ask them for their thoughts and opinions. What Am I asking?!

Don't worry, it won't fit
