Might not be proper etiquette to reply to one’s own post, but seeing Mr Reed reminded of when I moved to Marylebone, walked into the local and met George Best and Barbara Windsor. Not so long after, George died, Barbara got a job on EastEnders and Waitrose moved into the high street. Happy days.
