It's looking like a rocket that returned to earth!

I’ve had that since I was 18 and I’m in my early 60’s now! If you look closely at it you’ll see where I had to repair the lid hinge with a screw (never keep one of these in the salty environment of a boat!). Making coffee with this has become quite a ritual over the years.Fabulous things

Has that got a ferrous bottom? Mine being aluminium doesn't work on an induction.
Anyway tonight I'm on the white stuff....a pinot grigio
On that basis I may pick one up next time I’m thru billund if on offer. Couldn’t ignore the the King Alex3 last time as it worked out about £105!I don't think you can go wrong with a Dalmore. I think the sweet spot is the 15 though.
I was introduced to Dalmore by the sommelier at the Witchery in Edinburgh (great restaurant if you're in the vicinity by the way) who said that the 15 was far superior to even the really expensive whiskeys that Dalmore do.
He was Scotlands sommelier of the year the year before we visited so I will bow to his far superior knowledge. And agree with it.
Me too. I’m down to 6! From around 25!You will. I've got about 20 bottles. Not really a collection though as I keep drinking it!
