I’ve never seen lamb roasted with cabbage before! Isn’t there enough fat in the lamb to obviate the large knob of butter? Do you slow cook it? Just askin’.Local farmer just dropped off a whole lamb (already butchered and ready for the freezer)

Couldn’t find a Tongan wine in the cellar, but did manage to find a nice South African, despite what Spitting Image used to say.
