You bought a £7k sh1tter unseen and were lucky not to get burnt as it had a couple of nice trinkets on it - it was that price for a reason. Those engines swallow the miles if they're cared for - plenty on here over 70k going strong with correct maintenance. How many miles on your QP with the same engine? Maybe you'd better think about getting rid, sounds like it's a ticking time bomb!!!
