Still lots to do but I followed the instructions on here and purchased Goo-Gone as recommended. The instructions worked really well. I reckon a full day at it tomorrow and I’ll have it cracked. Many thanks particularly to @mowlas for his guide on here.
Are you cleaning them up in situ?
I really must get started om mine..

Feeling the need for QPV acquistion keenly. Can I haul lumber in it without being sacrilegious?
Of course - once you cross a certain threshold.
my QP often carries my cycle ( on rear seats) and boot has seen a few runs to the tip.
Annual trip to MOT garage with four 20" tyres, three in the cabin + one in the boot.

The way things are going I might get a few fish under the boot floor. Could I sell a rod license at car boot sales?

I have done up until now. Not just because I love sitting in the car and it’s quiet away from the ferocious wife and feral 5 year old daughter I promise!

This one I removed today as FW is off out tonight so I’ll do it at the dining table watching the rugby

The Strad has not turned a wheel since before Christmas and as she sits outside she looked a little sad.
So today I her a wash and wax and a bit of TLC inside- then out for a run to blow the cobwebs away and move any sitting water and make sure the brakes were all dry.

Had a play with my stencil

All the GT interior leather cleaned and conditioned with Gliptone this afternoon. Surprisingly quick job that I should probably do more often for that leather smell :DView attachment 122197View attachment 122196
...speaking of leather smell: my Coupe interior smells like the car just rolled out of the factory. Came to me that way. I apply Lexol products whenever I do a good wash/wax, but it doesn't really change anything. I've not ever had a car of any marque where it just always smells like new leather...and everyone who rides in it remarks on it, so it's not just me hallucinating. Which we all know happens from time to time.

Had day three of the sticky button apocalypse. Feel much happier about the result today as a) it only took a couple of hours b) the result was markedly better.

I also did the HVAC buttons and the one for the glove box.

Just the ones behind the steering wheel and the passenger vent to go in the front now.

Back home from a week in DC , and while happy to be here, I wish it were something above 20F!
Replacement heater core received from Brassworks as promised while I was away, as well as the cargo net pouch that mounts on the wall behind the seats.
Braved the cold to install the net and rear wall, and got the heater core into the HVAC box and connected to the heater hoses before my hands started to freeze up.
Eager to continue, but not so eager as to freeze, so will reassemble the car in fits and starts.

Those are Fahrenheit degrees.

New cargo pouch installed and not all saggy. Also thoroughly cleaned the carpet on the wall, and the leather above.

New Brassworks heater core - now featuring 3/4” hose connections
