What DON'T you like about your Maserati?

Harsh suspension and no way to soften the ride if you just want the noise/delivery.

Fragile parts and the lack of support...the latter is a factory issue rather than my car I know.

Auto wipers for sure. Don't work in a downpour but come on for a bit when it's slightly moist. No parking camera on a car this size and for the cost is a bit of an ar5e.

However
The looks, the design and....
The noise.. oh the noise...

Wiper stalks that don't cancel seems a common well point. Two of my jobs for this year. I have a 4200 that doesn't cancel left and a QP that half the time doesn't cancel right.

Button and switchgear finishes with that soft feel stuff is a bit silly.

Everything is forgivable in exchange for that V8 noise....oh the noise. Oh yes.

Crappy indicator and wiper stalks, so clunky and awkward to use. As for the cruise control, rubbish! My 3 series is far better in all of these aspects. I'll put up with it though for the sensation you get when you push the start button!

No cruise control on my 4200.. :(

Really? I would have thought that was the least of your Maserati ownership worries right now! Be thankful you don't have cruise control - as what you don't have, you don't have to fix!

And if you need cruise control, you're using your Maserati on the wrong road at the wrong time;)

A sense of a pending failure that will rob me of £??k's and take 6 months to sort or the though of my last seconds on this earth will start with a collapse in the front suspension when pushing it.

Pushing it? It's not a 3200! :D

As I live in the depths of Kent, I have to spend 45 minutes on the M20 before I get anywhere.
I tried doing the scenic route to the Dartford Tunnel once, and used a whole tank of petrol! :D

And yes. It is the least of my worries.

I put a small open ended tube in the washer bottle, it allows the trapped air out making it so much easier.

Love it in every way- except it's too big.
Too big to park easily, too big to point and shoot. And too big to get down my friggin long narrow drive without going at 5mph

Agree totally with this.

Every car I've bought recently has been a little bit bigger than the previous one, a little bit worse turning circle. I've always used man-maths to convince myself that as I got used to it in the last car, I should be able to cope with the new one.

But the QP is big, and I enjoy chucking euroboxes around when I rent them, my next car will have to be smaller.

Radio reception in my 4200 is cr@p and it's too cold at 4.30am on a Monday morning to open the window for the V8 Burbal
Do like looking back just before shutting the garage door though.

Impending sense of financial doom from dodgy electrics, but the fact that it is still in my garage after 11 years probably speaks for itself.
