What car would you buy if you found you had unlimited credit....?

I was much the same with the original E-type; those inset, skinny tyres makes it look like the body is too big for the running gear and the whole effect is that it's top heavy. However, if you see an Eagle up close, it is fabulous. The wheels fill the arches so the stance is just right and the attention to detail is awesome. It's what the E-type should always have been. It's almost a piece of art and would be on my lottery winners garage list.

If money was no object....

A classic Ferrari for the summer days
My first 4200 for sentiment
A Range Rover for every day
Aston DBS in silver for blasts
A MB SLK for the GF.

Anything above that lot would be silly

I think I'd have something utterly bonkers like a Fiat 500 with a bike engine in it just to surprise the chavs

Then while I was making my mind up I'd spend 60k on one of these

Isn't that an MX5 in a pretty body kit?

It's a bit more than that, mx5 parts fitted to a chassis and body , pricey for a kit car, I didn't even know they did MX5 kit cars until I saw a healey enigma in a car park last week then I found the italia 3 swb and thought wow that's nice

Strange, me too and I thought I was the only one.

I feel a thread developing - they do absolutely nothing for me. My name is Damon and I do not like E Types.

Phew, glad I can admit to it at last

Sorry, but that thing is butt ugly, even for the period. I wouldn't give it garage space.
