Robin, I have always hankered after a Bora, would you me a big favour and start a new thread outlining the history of the Bora and how you find it on todays roads, I would be very appreciative. Some idea of cost and the big no no's and things to watch out for, servicing costs, parts and availability?

Post it in either Maserati Chat or Classic Maserati in the Tech section.

Right before I start on this do you want something on the history of my car or Boras in general?

Boras in general please. I accept that your car may have alot of history, which you can gladly fill me in when me meet, but for the purpose of this exercise, I am interested in what to look out for with regards to purchasing a Bora.

Where are you based? If you are willing to offer I would luv to come see her and maybe you can give me the low down first hand.....I know Loz would be up for this also.

Right will work on that, shouldn't be too hard more a question of amalgamating some of the on-line resources and adding my own personal knowledge of the ownership experience.

You will both be more than welcome to come and see her and get the first hand low down as soon as I have her back, currently stripped back to bare metal having a full repaint. Hopefully will be all done by end of July beginning of August.

I am in South Northamptonshire so not too bad for Loz anyway I think.

Dem you have to go for Gransport and then Granturismo S.......thats the natural journey
