Never really taken much notice of Astons to be honest, none have piqued my interest that much.
Looked at this car today at Nuvola in London:

Naremen met me and allowed me to have a good look over her and what a stunning car it was in the flesh, never cared much for red but its much better than the pics suggest and the interior spec was spot on. Shame its not an LE although it has a lot of the options ticked. Nareman took me for a short drive around the block, traffic was heavy so it was difficult to gain a good insight into the cars abilities but my first thoughts were that the suspension was much firmer than I expected (good), the engine was loud and sounded great from outside but was quite muted inside and it was somewhat drowned out by tyre roar. The gearbox was fine, while I didn't drive the car it didn't seem to be an issue from the passengers seat. I really need to think hard now on whether its the speed of the 911 turbo or the passion of the Maser that I really want. I cannot thank Nareman enough for his time this morning, he was very generous with his time and honest and open with his cars and Maserati knowledge. I wouldn't hesitate to buy from him. I wouldn't rule this red car out but wish it was an LE otherwise I might have found myself in negotiations this morning
This car also in London is causing me to question my desire of a 911:

Nareman also had a GranTurismo in stock and a lovely thing it was too. I have pretty much ruled the GT out due to its size/weight but it was good to see one in the flesh. The front and side profile of the GT are both gorgeous but it doesn't have the magic blend of toughness and class that the rear of the GS has. Looks wise I think I preferred the GS but colour would play a big part in that call.
Cheers,
