Could be interesting to try a set, how are they on brake dust, good, or bad..??

Very little dust with the compound I use, the softer the compound the more dust created (generally).
Softer compounds 'bite' better when cold, harder compounds work better when hot, or after prolonged hard use.
I use 1144 compound pads, which I find an ideal compromise, good cold bite and no fade when hot, I would
use the next compound up though, for say a track day. (1177)

I got my wheels done in satin gunmetal and, as a result, brake dust is much less of a problem once you can't see it!

A few forums say the 1144's do give off a lot of dust and don't last on heavier cars, have you got these fitted to a Maserati..??
