The small LED next to the ashtray on 3200's

Anyone know what this is supposed to be for,they've all got them....

is there a little vent next to or around it? if so id say its the little fan that draws in air to take the temp and helps with the aircon.. the little led is attached to the fan and "lights" up when the fan is working although it rarely works like that.
if not then i duno lol

I would have thought they would be permanently out on all 3200s cos most of them seem to be f*cked!
