Morning all , drizzle here and seems to be in for the day , which will reduce me to more packing and some indoor activities and spending precious time with missus CB before the off, wishing all of you clear skies .................more prayers please for Ukraine ...........the powerful prayer from sportsmaserati last few days seems to have had some effect , Bakhmut is still just about under Ukrainian control

Morning all, mixed emotions after the second viewing yesterday. More mental torture trying to wrangle numbers to work. I’d walk away but it just ticks so many boxes! I think we are resolved to low ball offer it.
Lovely to exercise the Mas on the A12 though.

147 the car that likes to challenge now needs a complete set of coolant as all the ones on it are well past there sell by date also tracked down the strange oil leak that only occurs when cold after the local Alfa expert tasted it and confidently advised it was gearbox all, a quick check and sure enough we found the source. I mean who tastes oil

Have found a few historical sales bits; last sold in great condition 11 years ago at £202k - same source (assumes same condition) £1,12p (million) so what the present owners have done by letting it become derelict is throw away £500k!!!! I'd hope to be able to recover that along the way.

Add and factor into your equation the expected and highly publicised property bubble bursting / crash .....use it to your advantage mate in the initial verbal offer , so much easier if you have cash offer available. and or alternative finance readily available for a quick sale ...................If it dont come ....be prepared to walk away .....it wasnt meant to be

Difficult day. Got punted off into the tyre wall in the final and hurt ankle so spoilt the day. We live to fight another day though.

Alex, a bad day on the track is better than a good day at school...or work. Hate it went down like that, but I assume that you are wearing a target now...hope you can walk it off.
Nice day yesterday of taking the girls to lunch and shopping as an attempt to make up for lack of time & attention over these last couple of months. Bribery is apparently not beneath me. Selah.
Gorgeous day, today. Successfully avoided mowing in February but afraid I will be on the tractor for a bit. Then we get to see which car and part(s) I shall play with. Maybe right window regulator on the Spyder. Will have to rely on the interwebs for F1 news...

You have to have off days Alex to realise the good and the blinding days ...................just not too many of them mind .........have you done Milton Keynes track by any chance
