Nah............we just need someone to drive back after the winery

I hope that's not just a tease now Adam; I'm sure Ian will be along shortly with a revised itinery for the weekend if there's a hint of a blast in a Mas with his UK licence safely tucked away....!

EDIT = Got there first Ian!

On a serious note, Mr Plod is red hot down here on speeding, with heavy fines on just being over our 100km
No mercy

Getting so bad thinking of trading down to a segway

Good morning Andy, good morning all!Sun in Athens, and a new prime misister..The ******* is gone!

The good news if any Nikos is that the new PM cant be any worse than the old , i would really like to see Greece be strong enough to pull right out of the Euro ( regardless of consequences )eventually to rebuild and be a model for those that have been teetering and dithering on the edge of pulling out , we have been fooled into thinking their is no after life once anyone pulls out of europe , seems a few misguided politicians will do anything regardless of cost to try and save face , rather than admit the euro and its zone are flawed in principle (in my view right from the start ) i was one of the old original cynics , i liken it to communism great idea in theory but doomed never to work in practice , people and nations are different , and thank god they are

Oh drizzly here in MK , grey mundane day i reckon , rather like our politicians

regards loz

The EU and Euro are political concepts..................remember....the UK said it didn't want to join back in the late 50s.....then realised there was a few bob to be made and de Gaulle said NON in the early 60s.....the UKs steady decline continued whilst Europe steadily improved......may or may not have been due to the EU...who knows!

But one thing is certain.......no major European war for 70 odd years must be a plus!

So the Balkans wasn't a euorpean war then Frank , ah right , me i would rather like to see the UK take the same stance that Switzerland has coveted , we had a unique niche banking and trading market which now unfortunately has been diluted partly due to the Euro , but it still could happen , us carpenters could do a nice line in cuckoo cloacks so we should be ok ..............Jack

Well Loz...not amongst the main countries........usual suspects........but the eastern bloc countries have always been a heaving mass of smaller warring groups........boundaries changing every 20/30 years....pay back time from previous events...smouldering away for 30/50/100/400 yrs..........plus that was a failed UN mission largely.......never ending unfortunately.......cuckoo clocks you say ........all made in China nowadays....;)

The stupid Greeks should have solved the subjects transparency and bureaucracy. In this way, development should have taken place. Cause, apart from economical indicators and Standard and Poors' ratings, development is the key to make steps forward. If you have development, no Merkel may touch you. What do you think dem maser?

Morning Andy, Nikos et al,

Listless night, had a strange one yesterday, travelled to one of my client's factories yesterday with my mate who is the MD; 20 mins after arriving I got called int one of the offices and recieved a 2 hour sales pich just to me, with models (mochets) of a new concept idea from him, the general managed, head of design dpartment and other managers.... Very odd!

Anyone on here that does Patents???
