All change Andy!

Morning all, from Buxton to Manchester first, back to Buxton to collect mother and home via Leicester and Hoddesdon to do a couple of repairs on the way.

I forgot to ask; does anyone on here fly RC aircraft? I’m looking to rehome four near flight ready models, a Super 60, a Hightail, a Tomtit and a Tiger Moth. Free to a good home. Were built to perfection by my late father.

Have fun all…

Morning all. Working form home today.
Late night horse recovery service last night. First time ever towing something. Used my own car owned for 7 days to recover neighbour's horse using her four wheeled trailer. Second run to get "our horse". Managed to navigate single track road flanked in dry stone walls. Did the reverse thing first time with aplomb, in a stranger's farmyard. Second time knocked over a huge barrel during collection. Reversed the trailer into (owners) garden wall when parking (it was dark at 23:15!).
Should I start the search for a beavertail to do recovery work on the side? At least those 'customers' won't **** themselves (literally) on the journey.

Morning all. More of the same today and then to jet wash the bird sh*t off my car.
The local seagulls hit it this morning with so many loads I fear the panels on the Jag may be dented!
Either that or there are Albatross's in the area!

Morning everyone!

Newton, I've always wanted to fly RC aircraft, but being a complete novice, I doubt that I'd be a wise recipient!

Phil, really pleased with the frequent updates on your pad, and the workshop is going to be epic. Can't wait to visit. I suspect that may happen quite soon after travel to/from France becomes simple.

I'm feeling it from last night's kickboxing but boy did my adrenaline get going - starting on the cycle ride into town, and ending with a somewhat unexpected Strava fastest segment coming home into my village.
Sparring with a lady who would make an excellent Lara Croft is quite enjoyable.
Office lift today, but more spud-lifting later and a friend for dinner and to give her some coaching on my rowing machine. I expect we'll do more with food and wine than exercise.

HapPea Tuesday! xXx

Hi Andy, is everything better with Liz's father?

Hi Nikos, he is home now after the heart attack which is good but there is not much more they can do for the cancer. They have said it’s will be months rather than years now but who knows…Thank you for asking my friend.

Good Morning and Hump Day.
Not finding it easy to find a 500 twinair without a massive road trip.
Trying to talk Ms French into a Abarth now but she loves the sound of the twin pot.
Stay Safe all.

Really? I thought the twin air sounded like a Trabant! Drove well but not the greatest sound.

Morning all, got to get to Hoddesdon this morning as I was too late yesterday to get there. And then an inspection in Leyton. Got to decide if I want to go kayaking or deliver a bit of equipment later.

Have fun all…

Have a good day.

Morning.
What was the conclusion following seeing the SZ?

Should be done by the end of August, they are going to strip and repaint the bonnet and the rear wings again as they are not happy with the finish. Then they will take it to the mechanic for belts, full service and MOT before arranging delivery to Ireland all at their cost. Eventually it will be right but will just miss having it for the summer, again
