Good morning, rabble!

Sam, golly! I hope her smiles are more amazing than you even hope.
In other news, I took delivery of >27kg of Thornton's chocolate yesterday. I have a hapPea office! They were selling off their £7 Easter eggs for 50p, I had a 10% discount code and a £35 spend qualified for free delivery.

HapPea Tuesday x

Good morning!
I'm hoping today is a good day, and I get discharged from hospital after an unplanned stay for the last 9 days, following being airlifted from work (Oil Rig) due to illness last weekend. I've been stuck 500 miles from home feeling quite sorry for myself lol.
Luckily my wife has been able to join me for the last few days, which has been great, but my 2 year old daughter had to be left behind, and I haven't seen her for over a month now!
Can't wait to see her little face tonight (fingers crossed), enough to brighten any day!

Have a good one guys.
Not good Sam. Hope you are on the mend.

Stevie, please explain in not more than one sentence how your chocolate gift aligns with your quest to declare your body a temple of buff manliness. Your largesse is admirable. You're large would be a bad outcome, and possible, if your colleagues don't go the full locust on that lot before you tuck in. :)

Sam - !! I hope all's well now. Good luck, and enjoy being back with with the family.

Morning all. Finally, my Vantage has been put back together and is declared fabulous once more. It has a new clutch and flywheel. The last one had a few heat spots but, perplexingly, had gone a bit rusty. I'll go and collect it at the weekend. The loaner Vantage needs its PZeros to be road-tested a bit more first.

That is an awful lot of chocolate Stevie; it would last me a lifetime! I'm sure if I lift some of the papers on this desk I'll find an unopened bar of 98% lurking from Chrimbo! A bar of that stuff can be eked out over a couple of months with me!

What you have there is an invitation to diabetes IMHO.

Sam, wow you kept that quiet, hope a speedy recovery is made and enjoy the reunion with the family.

Crud, well just enjoy torturing the loaner.

Well one colleague (who's very round) wanted £10 of it. Another is taking a fiver's worth and another fiver's worth is being used for baking chocolate cake for a whole church congregation. I have no desire to eat it all! I'm eating some, but am good at limiting myself. Being back on the cycle for 15 miles every day is a good thing, having my shoulder able to do a bit meaning I can do more types of exercises as additional stuff (even if bl00dy painful) are also very helpful things. I usually have a few sweet things during the day, so this just means I'm stocked in advance. I can still do more exercise than I eat food's worth of energy.
