Morning all, no early wakeup from the children it must be getting close to half term

Morning all, not a whole lot of sleep last night as Alex had a lively party; 02.30 a shout goes out because the puppy had gone missing! It turns out it had got out the front! Fortunately it had not followed the revellers leaving and had hidden under the amigos on the drive. Major relief all round but too much adrenaline to get back to sleep for a while. Off to St Albans for a meeting in a bit.

What a lovely day outside...looks and feels like spring.

Got Nero out of storage today and gave him a good clean...6 months of dust and grime from the garage made it look rather tired. Now as clean as a whistle.

Some minor recommissioning and it should be on the road in March and ready for our gathering in the Lakes come April.

True... but the food's pretty good and they've never once run out of Champagne.

I've never been in a lounge that did!

Yep - I have had this discussion with my son a few times, he is actually embarrassed when I stop and nip into McDonalds, grab a meal and a coffee and drop with one of these poor souls......
Unfortunately too many are ex service men which ****** with my head!!!!
