Hi guys. I'm just back too after a really sh!t couple of days. Absolutely knackered having got only 7 hours sleep in the last 55 but I've still got to stay up so I can sleep tonight. I do it for the glamour; if only there was some. Have a good rest of the day.

Thats the M3 back and in fighting fit form.....oh......and £1547 lighter. Been doing a lot of digging and it would seem that the head gasket going on an E46 M3 is common especially when the miles get high....80 to 100k seems to be the norm so mine at 109k seems about the right time :-( ................

I'm just back from a cycle ride, first in [splutter, mumble] years. Only did about 11 miles but suspect that by morning I'll be walking like John Wayne.
