Morning. Alfa Brera sold for full asking, ships Thursday...cash in the bank for the next project...which Mrs Conaero informs me is called 'kitchen' :(
 
Good morning Guys n' Dolls,
I'm a happy person today having had the cambelt changed on the GTV yesterday by Uno Hoo (above). Peace of mind again!
Naughtyness on the way back with an enthusiastic SLK driver from the toll bridge standing start as we both tried to claim the right hand lane. :)

Have a spiffing day!

Now c'mon Nick. Some times these Kompressor drivers need to be reminded that other less opulent cars have = or > acceleration from a standing start and I saw 70 before he did and of course immediately backed off whereas he recklessly continued at increasingly illegal speed like a rabbit which had been attacked by a stoat!. (I was also coming from a far left hand side booth which is a big disadvantage)

Yeah, you are right, shouldn't be doin' it.
I suppose at my age the ankles get a bit stiffer and supporting the deadweight of the right boot becomes a significant problem. (it is on or off, like on the track) :saifi1: :as002:

Hey Guys, they've put up the sign warning us that a few days into December they will be demolishing the Severn toll booths!!
That will save me the price of a meal at club meets :)

That will also (sadly) put paid to future 'road legal challenges' of this sort!
 
Morning. Just heard over the weekend that the Brera I sold for £5500, got traded after only a week against and M3 for £2500....utter madness, the paint cost more than that!

Flipping Heck that surely is Madness why buy a diesel to then get an M3 ????
