Don’t know if this has been mentioned but in the new Batman film (superb by the way), the penguin drives a quattroporte. Great advertising, seeing the duffing it takes. Mind you the batmans ride with supercharger whine and lovely gearbox/ transmission noise really done it for me, especially as I have a great av set-up and I was getting it directly injected into my brain.

Fwiw, I had a Batman when I joined the RAF but, sadly, such quaint traditions were chopped by remorseless defence cuts. Before the Woke/SJWs kick off, we used to tip them generously so they earned more than their equivalent rank. It was a much more innocent age, and I’m glad I experienced it. INCOMING!

I've got a limitless subscription and the odeon luxe is a 5 minute walk so went to see The Batman, admittedly I'm not their target audience but I couldn't wait for it to be over.

It is a truly awful cinema experience though , they've all got food, can't stop talking and have girlfriends that can't be off instatikbook for more that 10 minutes.

I do find it quite sad you can watch an excellent film with 4 people in the cinema but superhero films, (essentially the same film over and over in different fancy dress) attracts bums on seats
