Its in Brazil so I just think its their bad English. Lots of cars claim to be armoured in Brazil, but not in the way we imagine. Usually it means the windows won't smash if somebody hits it or it may stop one low calibre bullet. As for the price, in Brazil there is very high import duty, a new QP is about 400,000USD.

I looked up the spec the first time this was posted , its been done by a very reputable company , but there again i doubt if its a dodgy product that they get many complaints hahah

This is a Brasilian article, the N-III level is 44mag and 9mm proof. Above that you need special permission from the military. These cars aren't too uncommon in Brasil and their main objective is to prevent robbery at traffic lights etc.
