Has anyone noticed that cars sell for more in the auction on car and classic than the price they were advertised within the classifieds on the same site?! Probably means everyone bidding on auctions in the evening has had a few drinks in the evening. Lolz

The same for a few others when the site becomes 'THE AUCTION' place. Last year it was Collecting Cars but no one is talking about that site anymore so C+C is it now.

Indeed. I got quite badly stung on Collecting cars on a car that I bought and needed £thousands spending on it. I should have smelled a rat when my request to view prior to auction end was not followed up on

Yeah,...I complained,.. and instead of trying to help with the issue and lack of disclosure, they locked my ID out of the site. Its a shame as they have a good mix of desirable cars

Was walking home last night from the train station and there's a yellow Focus RS estate on my route... is this crazy enough for this thread?

It would certainly be under the £20k and can be fast, great for trips abroad as you could get a few bottles in the boot.

Since I had my XR3i Cab I’ve yet to see a Ford I’d actually buy.
Even to this day.

I need to do an 80’s Lancia at some point, more welding practice required before I do. A Monte or Volemex is current fav.

I had a 75 Beta Coupe and was welding it up in the early 80's what one would be like today is concerning.
